Service Description

Are you looking more meaningful connections? Do you long for more peace and kindness in your home or work relationships? Do you wish you could understand your children or partner better? Do you wish to be better understood? You can have all of that and more with a little time commitment and effort. Together we will practice Communication skills - largely based on Marshall Rosenburg's Non-Violent Communication. Learn about: Observing without judgement Attaining presence Listen with skill and empathy Speaking your needs in a way that is likely to be heard Clarifying your requests Disarming your advisory in a conflict Resourcing for communication effectiveness How to get results and long lasting cooperation We will learn through practice, exercises/games, examples and modelling, stories and instruction. This course is led by Fern from a heart centered, healthy and creative place of inclusion, unity with Mother Nature and one another, with the intention to service connection, vitality, truth, honesty and unconditional positive regard within families, community and our world. Please come out to learn the language of life. I offer offer private courses to organizations (for groups of 10-25), and in my community. To cancel or re-schedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. For paid services, cancellations, no-shows or changes within 24 hours of your service time will forfeit the 25$ deposit.
