Life Coaching or Empathy Session

Service Description

Did you know that it is a human need to be heard, seen and understood? If you don't have need to be seen as you are fully met, then you may feel restless, frustrated, anxious, flustered or numb. You may even have trouble being present or behaving as you wish; being short tempered or nervous. As your coach, I will not try to change you, or give you advice, I will simply try to see you - as you are. I will try to see, hear and understand you without judgement, with clarity and compassion. The peace, effectiveness, clarity, and calming that you will feel can improve all aspects of life from work to home and personal life. Self mastery is the expected result of long term coaching. Life Coaching at Fern Forest takes place via phone, video call or in person in my forest studio. Cancelation Policy

To cancel or re-schedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellations, no-shows or changes within 24 hours of your service time will forfeit the 25$ deposit.
