Service Description
Coaching skills to Take Home is a group learning series in which I will share some of the most impactful knowledge and skills that I've learned about how to have healthier relationships (with children, your spouse, or other family members and friends). You will learn how to talk about what really matters to you with the possibility of getting more of your needs met, and learn to be a better listener with NVC (Non-Violent Communication). I will introduce brain science that supports and informs my work, and healthy practices to help us find calm and grounding. I will lead these courses from a heart centered, healthy and creative place of inclusion, unity with Mother Nature, with the intention to service connection, vitality, truth, honesty and unconditional positive regard within families, community and our world. Cancelation Policy
To cancel or re-schedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellations, no-shows or changes within 24 hours of your service time will forfeit the 25$ deposit.
